Previously unnamed, the company has branded it “Casa Toraño.” Since 2000, smokers at events sponsored by Toraño Cigars have been mystified and tantalized by an unbanded, nameless promotional cigar that the visiting Toraño cigar artisan would roll and give them on the spot. With the same blend of tobaccos as the family’s private cigar, not surprisingly, it received enthusiastic acclaim. Based on this response, the family finally decided to share the cigar with smokers everywhere.
